Baselines, monthly updates, recovery schedules and fragnets in Primavera P6, built to whatever the spec calls for. Activity coding, resource loading, cost loading, submittal and procurement logic. If your contract requires a schedule submission and you don't have a scheduler on staff, this is the core of what we do.
Delay Analysis:
Time impact analysis, windows analysis, or as-built comparison, depending on what the contract and the situation call for. When a change order, differing site condition, or owner decision moves the critical path, that impact needs documenting while it is happening. Most contractors come to us after the fact. Earlier is better and cheaper, but after the fact is still workable.
Claims Preparation and Defense:
Entitlement narratives, schedule forensics, and support through negotiation. Our focus is where the owner and design team caused the delay: late RFI responses, deferred approvals, incomplete drawings, owner-directed changes, and tying each one to the critical path.
Liquidated Damages Defense:
If liquidated damages are being assessed, the question is whether the delay was excusable, compensable, or concurrent. That is a schedule question first and a legal one second. We handle the schedule side and work alongside your counsel.
Schedule Review:
Have a schedule you are not sure about? One an owner is challenging, or one a subcontractor submitted? Send it over and we will tell you what we see.
